How does the monthly retainer work?
You get a dedicated allocation of design hours each month. We prioritise your tasks in a shared backlog, deliver work in weekly sprints, and meet regularly to review progress. Unused hours don’t roll over, but we’re flexible — if a big launch needs more attention one month, we’ll adjust the following month.
Can we start with a single project instead?
Of course. Many clients start with a fixed-scope project — a brand identity, a website, or a product redesign — and move to a retainer once they see the value. We’ll scope and quote the project upfront so there are no surprises.
Who will actually be working on our project?
You’ll work directly with senior designers and strategists — the same people who present your work are the ones making it. No handoffs to juniors, no account manager buffer. Every project has a named lead who’s your single point of contact throughout.
What if we need to pause or cancel?
Retainers are billed quarterly with 30 days’ notice to cancel or pause. We don’t believe in locking people in — if the work is good, you’ll stay. If it’s not, we’d rather fix the problem than enforce a contract. That said, we’ve had a 92% client retention rate since 2014.
